Web Development and Design Costs
While I charge by the hour for small jobs (web updates, etc.), all work for new or redesigned sites is on a guaranteed quoted rate to completion. I expect half to begin and the other half at completion. I will be requesting your opinion as the work progresses to ensure timely completion to your liking. So I need your input as it goes along but before I can even begin, the initial consultation will be the basis for my charges. My estimate to you before the work starts is etched in granite, so to speak.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
This is obviously one of the most important facets of web presence today and will be increasingly as the 'net gets even more crowded. I have been studying SEO for a while now and I have found a combination of methods that have increased traffic considerably, specifically the results for GOOGLE and Yahoo!. Keywords help but to rely solely on them is not going to get the best results.
